It is only a few steps from S-bahn Bellevue & U-bahn Hansaplatz. Hansaviertel is a small village in the middle of Berlin: excellent connection to both sides of the city but still cosy & welcoming. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with a nice balcony. Ideal for a couple, a student, a consultant, or a new comer to Berlin !
