With bus 183, right in front of the house, you ride directly to the new Munich Fairground/ICM. It takes only 20 minutes. (Direct connection without having to change !) Tenants who do not accept the house rules, should refrain from renting our apartment. Thank you for your understanding. 1. a) We kindly ask our tenants and their visitors, not to wear outdoor shoes in the apartment. Please treat the apartment and the inventory with care * b) We kindly expect from all our tenants to use the bathroom and the toilet! according to Western standards! Thank you for your understanding. 2. When leaving the apartment for the day . . . In summer... Tilt or close all windows and doors before leaving the apartment. In winter... Close all windows and doors before leaving the apartment. Make sure that ALL electrical appliances and the oven are switched off * 3. EMPTY the trash regularly and RETURN ONLY clean, dry utensils and cutlery back into the cabinets * Tenants agree they will keep the apartment clean and free of trash, garbage, and other waste. 4. The apartment is a NON SMOKING APARTMENT. Smoking is ONLY permitted on the balcony. Please DO NOT SMOKE in the apartment, otherwise the smoke detector alarm will activate * 5. Tenants are FULLY LIABLE for loss of the apartment keys up to the amount of the replacement costs (replacement of the apartment locks)* 6. Tenants and their visitors are FULLY LIABLE for any damage done to the apartment, the interior and the inventory up to the amount of the replacement costs. * 7. a) Statutory rest periods in Munich are from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 22:00 to 7:00. Avoid loud activities during this time. b) NO PARTYING AND LOUD NOISES allowed in the apartment and on the balkony at all time. c) Tenants and/or their visitors shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law or ordnance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the premises. * 8. PETS are permitted only with prior approval * 9. The apartment is privately owned. The landlord is NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness than occurs while in his apartment or its facilities. The landlord is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the tenant. By signing the contract, it is agreed that the tenant is expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise * 10. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. Any tenant who is found using drugs or allows others to use drugs in the apartment will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises without reimbursement of the rental payment ! 11. Tenants who don't follow the house rules have to move out and leave the apartment immediately without reimbursement of the rental payment !
