For commuters, this stylishly furnished attic room with an anteroom and private refrigerator is available in our house from Monday to Friday. The guest toilet is located on the ground floor; shared spaces include the spacious bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and the beautiful, park-like garden, perfect for relaxation and recreation. Respectful, trusting, and honest interaction is essential, as are cleanliness and tidiness. We have a friendly cat. A long-term tenancy would be preferred.
