Offering my beautiful furnished 1-room apartment in a prime location in Schwabing for sublet. Unfortunately, long-term rental is not possible, as I still need the apartment myself for approx. 10 days a month. (My days are flexible, coordination is done via a shared calendar) I am renting the apartment exclusively to 1 person.
