Why do I need an account?

For Tenants: Manage your rental journey easily with your Wunderflats account. Upload all required documents directly within your account and keep track of all your bookings, including their current status, in one convenient location. Plus, you can create a wishlist of apartments you'd like to rent.      For Landlords: Your account is your one-stop shop for managing your rental properties. Here's what you can do:   - Create and edit listings for your apartments.   - Update availabilities and easily import them from iCalendar.   - Enter all the information we need to complete bookings with matching tenants.   - View and respond directly to booking requests from potential tenants.   - View your current invoices.   - Track your listing's performance by checking "Performance" in your account, which shows how often potential tenants have viewed your apartments.

How do I create an account?

A Wunderflats account is easy to create. You can find the button “Login” in the top right-hand corner on our Wunderflats pages. This takes you to the registration Page. We offer the possibility to register via email address or via an existing account on Facebook, Google, LinkedIn or Apple.

How do I log into my account?

Accepted Answer

Simply go to Wunderflats.com and click on "Sign in" in the top right corner. This will take you to the login page, where you can enter your email address and password.     If you don't have an account yet, welcome to Wunderflats! You can easily register with your email or an existing account on Facebook, Google, LinkedIn or Apple. Just click on "Sign in" in the top right corner of this page.

I forgot my password, what now?

You can easily reset your password:   Go to Wunderflats.com and click on "Sign in" in the top right corner  Add your email address and click "Continue"  Select "Forgot password?" and click "Send"      We will send you an email with a link to reset the password right away. The link expires after 72 hours. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

How can I change my password?

How can I change the email address for my account?

Accepted Answer

After logging in with your previous email address, you can edit your email address under the menu option "My Account". After entering a new email address, we will directly send an email there. The link displayed serves to confirm the new email address.      Click here to log in.     The old email address doesn't work anymore? What happens to my data, what are they used for?

How can I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

After navigating to the end of the Privacy Policy on this link, you can select the “Delete user data” option. We will then send a message to the email address you provide with a link to permanently delete your account.
